Woman is one of the best creation of the God. She plays a various roles in our life. The kind of efforts a woman takes in her life nobody can do that and that is the reason she needs to be more fit,healthy and disease free. In earlier days women used to do all house hold activities to take care of all family members. In 21st century women are educated, working like men and giving their best in almost every area.
