Sports Fitness

Sports is an essential activity. Sports activity gives us a strength, power, endurance, flexibility, cardiac conditioning as well as over all fitness. Sports has enormously significant role in our life; and in health and fitness segment. In recent times old platform of traditional sports has converted into new sports and into professional levels. As the need of sports has suddenly increased, the after effects have also gone up. To avoid these after effects the need of appropriate level of fitness has has become important. Fitness is highly required in each and every sports. Fitness components like endurance, power, strength, agility, high power of aerobic capacity and muscular flexibility are the basic needs of sports. These needs mostly changes as per the sports requirement, for example :

  • Runner or sprinter needs agility, endurance, power, aerobic capacity to enhance their performance

  • Power lifter/weight lifter/body builder requires power, strength and endurance to build their muscles and relevant muscle strength and power

Recent studies of sports show  30-40% players taking chemical substances and this ratio is rapidly increasing day by day. Players are actually playing with their bodies by using it to achieve their goals and loosing their sports for lifetime. There is no short cuts for achieve your goals in sports.
